REMINDER: Pot Still Illegal In Boca, Just Ask Casey Shaw

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Possessing marijuana in Florida is still illegal — a message the Boca Raton police force is sending loud and clear to Plantation resident Casey Shaw.

The 29 year old was busted by cops Sunday morning and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail. The official charge: “marijuana possession not more than 20 grams.”

He was released on his own recognizance several hours later.

A court date is pending.
