BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton resident Jordan S. Horowitz is just out of the Palm Beach County Jail this morning following his early morning arrest for DUI.
Horowitz, of NE Mizner Blvd., was taken into custody by Boca Raton Police and booked into jail around 3am. He was released on his own recognizance around 9am.
Horowitz was previously arrested on a drug charge but the SAO declined to prosecute, according to court records.
