West Boca Fire Burns House, No Injuries Reported

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — There were no injuries in an early evening fire tonight battled by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue in a home between Lyons and the Turnpike, South of Palmetto Park Road.
From Fire Resecue:
At 7pm crews responded to reports of a fire on the 23000 block of Old Inlet Bridge Dr in Boca Raton. First arriving crews reported smoke and flames from the home. Firefighters entered the home to find the source and quickly located the fire in a bedroom.
Crews rapidly brought the fire under control and are currently doing overhaul operations. There are no reported injuries and there is no information on any occupants being displaced and requiring Red Cross assistance.
