BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — John MacPherson, 27, of SW 65th Way in Boca is facing a DUI charge following his arrest by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
MacPherson, has had several court appearances for moving violations, was taken into custody around 5am Tuesday. He was later released on his own recognizance.
A court date is pending.
