Boca's Stephen Allen May Spend Christmas In Jail

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton resident Stephen Allen of NE 8th Court may be set to spend the Christmas holiday in jail. Allen was charged over the weekend with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and resisting an officer.
Allen, 48, was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 4:30 Sunday morning and remains there as we approach midday on Monday. Bail — at this point — has not been set. His first appearance is set for today.
