BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — It’s beginning to look a lot like Deerfield Beach resident Kenneth Philpart needs a lawyer for Christmas.
The 29 year old SW 14th Street resident was arrested by Boca Raton Police early Christmas morning and charged with driving on a suspended license, drug equipment possession and possession of marijuana — under 20 grams.
Philpart was released on his own recognizance several hours after his arrest.
