BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Brenda Bleu Haggerty, it seems, really likes assaulting people in uniform. She’s been charged with the crime several times, and each time the State Attorney’s Office — according to court records — downfiles or “no files” the charge.

Haggerty is charged again with assaulting a police officer or EMT (that’s the official charge) and is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail on $3,000 bond. She was arrested by Boca Raton Police Monday morning.
The NW 13th Court resident is days away from her 52nd birthday.
