BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — It’s a DUI charge for Boca Raton resident Susan James. The 56 year old resident of Rico Drive was arrested by Boca Raton Police early this morning and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 5am.
She remains in jail as of 9am.
James is charged with both DUI and refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test after a license suspension.
