BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Cindy Ann Wagner, a 58 year old Boca Raton resident, is facing several serious drug charges following her arrest by Boynton Beach Police.
Wagner is charged with two counts of possessing a controlled substance without a prescription, and one count each of cocaine possession with intent to sell and heroin possession with intent to sell.
She was taken into custody early Tuesday morning and remains in the Palm Beach County Jail Tuesday night in lieu of $14,000 bond.
