BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Delray Beach resident Justin McCauley is free on his own recognizance this morning following his arrest Tuesday for DUI.
Boca Raton Police arrested McCauley, of the 1600 block of Crystal Way, in the pre-dawn hours of Tuesday, booking him into the Palm Beach County Jail around 3am. He remained behind bars until his release just before noon.
A court date has yet to be set.
