BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Joshua William Diskin, 21, of Spanish Trail in Boca caused a critical accident on Yamato Road seriously injuring three — then, police say, was found next to his overturned black VW which was loaded with “whipped cream chargers,” Nitrous Oxide, “Boca Vapes E-Cig Flavoring” and a whipped cream dispenser.
Police report that Diskin stated: “I’m a dumba–. I always f— up.”
Diskin is now charged with three counts of reckless driving, one count of inhaling harmful chemicals, and one count of “unlawful distribution of nitrous oxide.”
