BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Daniel Le of Pacific Blvd. in Boca Raton is free this afternoon on his own recognizance after allegedly strangling someone.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office took Le into custody midday Monday and charged him with battery — commit domestic battery by strangulation.
Le spent the night — and much of Tuesday — in jail. He’s now out. A court date is pending.
