Boca Raton's Ana Rosa Fallas Charged With Kidnap, Aggravated Battery

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Details are forthcoming but we have learned that bond is now set at $6,000 for Ana Rosa Fallas. The Arbor Oaks Lane resident is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and kidnap/false imprisonment of someone under 13 years of age.
Fallas, 59, was taken into custody by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and booked into jail around 4:45 this morning. She remains locked up Tuesday afternoon.
