BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — If Ryan DeFreitas were three, you might say his listening ears weren’t working. But he’s 34 and Boca Police say he ignored them when he was ordered not to drive when they believed he was drunk.
DeFreitas, however, got into his car — according to police — and put his keys in the ignition.
That’s all it takes.
DeFreitas refused a blood alcohol test and was put in time out at the Palm Beach County Jail. He was later released on his own recognizance.
