GUN PULLED ON BOCA BEACH? Police Investigate Alleged Assault

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton Police are investigating an alleged aggravated assault that may have involved a gun in the area of the pavilion at 2 North Ocean Blvd. According to a police report, “the victim stated on July 28th, between 5am and 5:07am, he was approached by four juveniles underneath the Pavilion located at 2 North Ocean. The victim stated one of the juveniles pulled a gun on him. The victim did not see the handgun.”
