Boca Police Investigate Stolen iPad Mini From Lynn University

%%

ipadminiBOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — We don’t know if the “find my iPhone” feature was activated — you know, it’s Lynn (we kid ’cause we love), but Boca Police are investigating the theft of an iPad mini from a dorm at Lynn University.
According to a police report, cops were notified that the mini went missing when the victim was “moving personal items into a dorm.” The iPad was apparently taken from a desk.
The value of the loss: $300.
BocaNewsNow.com encourages all to activate the “find my iPhone” feature on your iOS devices so, should your phone or iPad be swiped, you should be able to hear it call for help when the thief tries to access the internet. We also advise you to call the cops if you locate a stolen device — don’t try to retrieve it yourself.
