BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Deborah McCarthy, a 45 year old resident of Elm Tree Lane in Boca Raton, spent part of the weekend in the Palm Beach County Jail on a DUI charge.
McCarthy was arrested by Boca Raton police early Saturday morning and booked into jail around 1:40 am. She was released on her own recognizance just before 9am.
A court date is pending. Neither the arrest location, nor alleged blood alcohol content, were immediately available.
