BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Ransford Bailey is certainly feeling the holiday spirit. On the fifth night of Chanukah, PBSO arrested Bailey for allegedly strangling someone who he has (or had, such as it is) a relationship with. The official charge: “commit domestic battery by strangulation.”
The Boca Colony Drive resident was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail mid-day Thursday and remains locked up with no bond set…for now.
