BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — It’s a DUI charge and the added bonus of a drug equipment and possession charge for Delray Beach resident Peter Brackett.
The 40 year old was arrested by Boca Raton Police early Wednesday morning and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail. Brackett was later released on his own recognizance.
The resident of the 2400 block of Deer Creek Country Club Boulevard has no previous run-ins with the law in Palm Beach County, according to court records.
