DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Source: PBSO) — Workers doing some work in the area of Atlantic Ave & Lyons Road, Delray Beach, discovered at black pick-up truck with a foul odor in what appeared to be a wooded swampy area. The workers immediately called 911. Deputies responded and discovered there was a badly decomposed body inside the vehicle.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene investigators responded to the scene to investigate further. It is undetermined at this time how long the pick-up truck and individual inside has been there.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
