DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Gary Frank, 49, of Valhalla Drive in Delray is dead following an accident earlier this week on Atlantic Avenue.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says Frank was traveling westbound Monday in the outside lane of Atlantic Avenue, approaching Hagan Ranch Road, when the driver of a Volkswagen Tiguan began to turn into a parking lot from the inside lane. Frank struck the passenger side of the car’s front door, was ejected from the motorcycle, and landed on the northwest corner of 7205 Atlantic Avenue.
He was pronounced dead late Thursday at Delray Medical Center. No charges have been filed. The investigation continues
