DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Robert McFarland of Lewis River Road in Delray Beach is out of jail after he allegedly battered a woman at the pharmacy in Publix at the Reserve At Boca Raton — 441 and Clint Moore.
According to the arrest report, McFarland cursed at the woman who asked him if he was waiting in line, told her that she came from “the street,” is “trash” and then pushed a cart into her.
It was all caught on tape.
McFarland was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on his own recognizance. Read the complete police report below.
