DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Delray Beach resident Eric Fosback of Savona Winds Drive was arrested early this morning and charged with DUI.
PBSO made the arrest around 1am. Fosback was locked up in the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
A court date is pending.
