Boca’s Earl Allen, Convicted Felon, Jailed Overnight

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton’s Earl Allen, of the 22000 block of Boca Place Drive, is waking up this morning in the Palm Beach County Jail. He was locked up early Thursday by PBSO which is charging him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as well as possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
The “deadly weapon” charge states there was no intent to kill.
His affidavit of probable cause was not yet processed as of 6:30 Thursday morning.
