BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Juan David Botello-Patino of the 22000 block of SW 66th Street in West Boca will likely spend Christmas in jail. He is charged with 20 counts of “sex assault by custodian — sexual battery on a victim 12 years of age under 18 years of age.”
Botello-Patino was booked into jail just before midnight Friday. He is being held without bond.
