PBSO Won't File Charges, But Does Release Report, On Man Attempting To Lure Kids Near Canyons

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) —  The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is releasing a police report generated after several kids walking home from school near The Canyons (area of Lyons and Boynton Beach Blvd.) were approached by a man who wanted them to get into his car.
Police say he uttered words including, “why are you walking in the rain, get in the car,” “(I will) call the cops if (the kids) don’t get in the car,” “(I) have candy in the car and at home.”
Police have determined the man did not commit a crime, but are releasing the police report that you should read below. Draw your own conclusions.
At least a few of the kids involved used their phones to video and photograph the man and his car.
