UPDATE: 12:08pm — Boca PD now identifies the victim as Edvin Milkevic, 10/31/88, of 606 NW 38th Circle in Boca Raton.
UPDATE 9:42a: I-95 is reopening. Police say a man crashed into a roadside barrel. Troopers realized he had been fatally shot. Police are investigating. No suspects at this time. The victim was pronounced dead at Delray Medical Center.
