BSO Deputy Accidentally Shoots Self At North Broward Preparatory School

COCONUT CREEK, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A Broward Sheriff’s Deputy is recovering from an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound. It happened this morning at North Broward Preparatory School where police responded to reports of shots fired.
The school was evacuated. The area locked down. While the report was unfounded, a BSO Deputy managed to shoot himself in the leg.
No word on the deputy involved. He was treated at the scene.
