BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Delray Beach resident Joshua DePuala is facing a premeditated attempted first degree murder charge after he allegedly attempted to shoot his way through a drug deal. Police call it a “lick,” bringing a gun to a drug deal and then using that gun to steal the drugs — in this case, marijuana.
