Delray’s Maksym Lototskyy Charged With Videotaping Up Woman’s Skirt

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Delray Beach Police have charged Maksym Lototskyy of Caladium Road with one count of sexual voyeurism and a second count destroying evidence.
Lototskyy is accused of videotaping a woman “up her skirt” according the arrest report below, then deleting the video when confronted by police.
