BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is alerting the public to the release of Martin Francis Owens, a registered sexual predator living in Century Village at Fanshaw C. He is 80, he is 5’8” and weighs 170 pounds. Owens was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under age 16 back in 2004. The assault took place in Volusia County.
Mr. Owns drives a Gray Hyundai.
