BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Nochum Kaplan of Bella Lago Drive in Boca is in the Palm Beach County Jail Thursday night, charged with “stalking – follow, harass, cyber stalk another.”
Kaplan, 51, was arrested Thursday morning by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. An affidavit of probable cause has not yet been processed.
He is being held without bond.
