…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHERN BROWARD AND SOUTHEASTERN
PALM BEACH COUNTIES UNTIL 430 PM EDT…
* At 349 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were
tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles
west of Coral Springs to Lighthouse Point. Movement was north at 20
mph.
* Winds in excess of 45 mph and funnel clouds will be possible with
these storms.
* Locations impacted include…
Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton,
Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Tamarac, Wellington,
Margate, Lake Worth, Lighthouse Point, Palm Beach, Highland Beach,
Ocean Ridge, Coconut Creek, North Lauderdale, Parkland, Lantana and
Atlantis.
