BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The family of a child allegedly stabbed by a pencil at Freedom Shores Elementary School in Boynton is suing the Palm Beach County School District, claiming that the teachers and other staffers at the school knew the student who allegedly stabbed the child with the pencil was a problem and should have been more closely controlled.
