Rescuers Pull Woman From Submerged Car In Delray

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Source: Palm Beach County Fire Rescue) — At 6:38pm crews responded to reports of a vehicle into a pond near Carrotwood Circle and Las Verdes Circle. Callers stated that the vehicle was sinking and an occupant was trying to kick out a window.

First arriving firefighters reported a vehicle completely submerged and immediately placed rescue divers into the water.

The divers quickly located the vehicle and rapidly removed the victim out of the water to waiting paramedics.  The patient, an adult female, has been transported to a local area hospital.
