BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Source: Boca PD) — On Monday, December 10, 2018, at 7:33 p.m., officers of the Boca Raton Police Services Department’s Traffic Homicide Unit investigated a fatal crash, which occurred in the area of 700 West Glades Road.
A pedestrian, identified as 20-year-old Asia McClave, was crossing West Glades Road when a silver or gray vehicle crashed into her in the eastbound lanes. The vehicle, possibly a Hyundai, fled the scene eastbound on West Glades Road at a high rate of speed. McClave was pronounced deceased on the scene. The vehicle is missing a side mirror and possibly has front end damage.
