DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Delray Beach Police arrested and charged Antonio Godin Lopez, 49, with two sex related charges after a girl between the ages of 12 and 16 says he assaulted her in her family’s apartment.
The alleged assault occurred on January 4th in the apartment on Linton Blvd.
