BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The investigation is underway into what led to a crash and car fire on Lyons Road Saturday afternoon, near The Bridges, Seven Bridges, Boca Bridges and Dakota.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue rushed to the scene to find a car engulfed. Its remains are seen in these photos provided by officials.
While we are still awaiting the crash report, it appears that what once was a sports car rear ended a vehicle in front — as it seems unlikely that the vehicle in front went in reverse and hit the sports car with its trunk. The now former sports car ignited and seemingly now ceases to exist.
Charges may be pending.
