CORONAVIRUS: You’ll See The Lights Go Out On Broadway

Beyond Boca Coronavirus News

NEW YORK, NY (BocaNewsNow.com) — While not traditionally in our coverage area, we are aware that Boca Raton is technically the sixth borough of New York, so we share with you that Broadway is closing. Effective tonight, March 12, 2020, Broadway is going dark and will remain dark until further notice. There will be no shows.

If you are holding tickets for shows, stand by for updates about refunds or reissues. If you were planning to travel to New York for Spring Break, you may want to make other plans. All gatherings of 500 people or more are now banned in NYC. MOMA has closed.

And that’s just the beginning.
