BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Source: City of Boca Raton Announcement Verbatim) — The City of Boca Raton is dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of our residents and team members during the COVID-19 pandemic.

After careful consideration, the City of Boca Raton has decided to cancel all City facilitated summer camps and all specialty camps provided by independent contractors on City property for Summer 2020. This includes all Camp Boca sites, Gumbo Limbo Environmental Camp, all specialty camps held at Sugar Sand Park Community Center, all sports related camps, and camps held at the beach.

The goal of our summer camp programs has always been to ensure every camper enjoys a summer that is fun, and most importantly, safe. The safety and health of our campers and their families, as well as our team members remains our priority.
