CORONAVIRUS: All Delray Beach “Beach” Restrictions Rescinded

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — From the City of Delray Beach, effective immediately:

EFFECTIVE NOW (7:19 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2020):

  • Delray Beach Pavilion will open daily from 9am-6:30pm
  • Beach concessions including chairs, umbrella and cabana services may operate. (CDC guidelines, including social distancing and sanitation, must be followed. )
  • All visitors accessing the beach shall follow CDC guidelines, including limiting gatherings to no more than 10 persons and maintaining social distancing.
  • All previous beach restrictions are rescinded, effective immediately.

We remind our readers that as of now, but subject to change: The City of Boca Raton continues to keep “beach parks” closed — that means no beach parking, no beach bathrooms and no lifeguards in the City of Boca Raton until further notice.
