Palm Beach Police arrested Jeffrey Goolst of 7104 Demedici Circle in Delray Beach after he allegedly engaged in a drunken fit of bizarre behavior, capped by kicking a police officer in the groin, pushing a hotel guest, screaming “go F yourself,” punching another police officer, and then resisting arrest even after he was placed in handcuffs.

Police wrote, in their report, that Goolst “smelled of an unknown alcoholic beverage.”
