BOCA RATON, FL ( (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A man self-identified on social media as a local healthcare executive is now facing a trespass charge following his arrest by Boca Raton Police.

Randy Holloran of the 100 block of South Federal Highway in Boca allegedly caused a disturbance and refused to leave Biergarten on March 14th. A bartender told Holloran he had too much to drink and cut him off, but Holloran wouldn’t leave. Holloran allegedly caused a disturbance throughout the plaza at Via De Palmas.

“The man causing the disturbance was identified as Randy Holloran. Holloran was sitting inside the bar of the Biergarten,” according to a police report.

The officer wrote, “I then met with the manager (who stated) that Holloran appeared intoxicated and refused to serve him alcohol. The manager asked Holloran to leave but he refused and stayed seated at the bar. Holloran was then issued a trespass warning by the manger in the presence of an officer. I explained to Holloran what this means at which time he stated he understood. I told him several times to leave the property however he did not comply and stated ‘Let’s Go.”

Holloran, with the help of Boca PD, did go to jail. He’s charged with trespassing after warning.
