BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) (Source: Boca Raton Fire Rescue Advisory) — On Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 5:14am, Boca Raton Firefighters and Paramedics responded to a structure fire in a single-family home located at 4600 NW 2nd Ave, Boca Raton.

Firefighters arrived to find smoke and flames coming out of the roof of the rear enclosed patio. The house was being remodeled and there were no occupants inside.

The fire originated on the back patio and spread into the roof. Most of the damage was confined to that area of the structure. The cause of the fire is possibly due to the remodeling and construction, but it is still under investigation.

There were no injuries to firefighters or civilians.
