DELRAY BEACH, FL ( (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — One man is dead following a shooting in the city of Delray Beach.

The Delray Beach Police Department reports that the homicide occurred in the area of 1220 Linton Boulevard. That is near Waterford Place and a Target.

According to police, an adult male was found with a gunshot wound around 2:30 a.m. He was eventually pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no additional information at this time. Any witnesses or people with tips are asked to call Delray Beach Police or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS.
