UPDATE 12:43 PM Nov. 30, 2021: The Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts just provided the arrest report which indicates Muskat allegedly threw a bottle of wine. The responding deputy determined that constituted a ”deadly missile” under Florida Statute and charged with an offense related to that determination. The complete police report follows.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — West Boca Raton resident Kaylyn Muskat spent much of Thanksgiving in the Palm Beach County Jail.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office charged Muskat with “weapon offense — missile into dwelling” and “battery — cause bodily harm.” The “missile” charge is a charge used under Florida statute when someone fires a bullet within — or into — a home, OR a potentially deadly projectile. BocaNewsNow.com learned on Tuesday, November 30th, that the charge was filed after Muskat allegedly threw a bottle of wine at a family member. Police determined that the wine, in this case, was a “deadly missile.”

Muskat, of the 12600 block of Torbay Drive in the Boca Falls community, was booked into jail at 12:41 a.m Thursday. Bond was set at $3,000. She was released at 1:31 p.m. on Thursday.

A court date is pending. Read the police report here:
