BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boca Grove Country Club is being sued by Ilyne Mendelson and Steven Terk. Mendelson and Terk claim that they were invited to renew their non-resident membership at the club for $25,000 — but after providing a check — Boca Grove allegedly told the two they could no longer be members.

Much Like Rapper 50Cent, Steven Terk and Ilyne Mendelson Want To Be In ‘Da Club…

The suit claims that Mendelson and Terk, who do not apparently own a home in the community, were offered a non-resident membership, only to have Boca Grove change its mind.

In a strange, or maybe not so strange, Boca Raton twist, this lawsuit isn’t about money. There is no indication that Boca Grove didn’t return the funds. The suit is apparently about Ilyne Mendelson and Steven Terk just wanting to be members of Boca Grove — and claiming that no other club will take them due to timing.

Read the complete suit, below. The suit is filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.
