Suspect Is Licensed Real Estate Associate, According To Florida Records.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton woman is starting Monday morning in the Palm Beach County Jail following her overnight arrest by the Boca Raton Police Department.
Jail records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com reveal that Jessica Eckert, 35, of the 1200 block of SW 9th Avenue was arrested for both DUI and “neglect of a child without great bodily harm.” She was arrested late Sunday night and booked into jail at 12:28 Monday morning.
Eckert is a licensed real estate associate, according to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Her license is active through 2023.
The arrest report continues to be processed by the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts. We expect to have that report later Monday. Bond was not set on the DUI charge, but bond on the child neglect charge is now set at $3,000.
