UPDATE: 4:48 p.m. — Bond was set at $750,000 — an almost unprecedented bond in Palm Beach County.
UPDATE: 4:45 p.m. — Boca PD tells us that the arrest is part of an “active investigation” and that additional information can not be released until the investigation is complete.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton man is starting Wednesday in the Palm Beach County Jail following his overnight arrest by Boca Raton Police.
While the affidavit of probable cause continues to be processed, the jail tells BocaNewsNow.com that Carlisle Kirkpatrick of SW Holly Lane in Boca is facing two charges related to sexual offenses. The first is “sex assault – sex battery of someone 18 years or older by a person 18 years of age or older,” and ” video voyeurism (of a victim) 19 years of age or older.”
It was not immediately clear who Kirkpatrick is accused of videotaping or what they were doing when the alleged recording was made. It was also not clear if the alleged video recording was transmitted online.
Kirkpatrick, 54, was booked into jail at 1:15 Wednesday morning where he remains as of 6 a.m. Bond has not been set. Check back later for updates once we receive the arrest report.
