DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — One man was shot with a 9MM rifle in Kings Point Sunday afternoon.

Sources tell BocaNewsNow.com that there was some sort of a fight over golf clubs in the community. Whether the golf clubs became weapons was not immediately clear, but sources say that the alleged victim of the golf club situation fired a rifle at the person with the golf clubs and hit him.

The extent of injuries remains unclear. Police and Fire Rescue are on the scene as of 5 p.m. Sunday. There is no word at this point about arrests.

We have learned, according to sources, that both the victim of the gunshot, and the person who allegedly fired the bullet, are both at the scene.
